Re - remember yourself through your body’s innate wisdom

Hi, I’m Renée.
I believe our bodies carry an innate intelligence — and that when we learn to listen to them, rather than override them, something shifts.
For more than twenty years I've worked with people navigating a wide range of physical, emotional, mental, and energetic health concerns. My work is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and woven together with shamanic healing, herbal medicine, and other modalities drawn on as each person and moment calls for.
Much of my work is with women moving through the transition of perimenopause and menopause — and with people who experience the world with a particular depth and sensitivity, whether that's recognised as neurodivergence or simply as being someone who feels everything a little more than most. These are the people I am most called to work with. Because I know what it is to feel things deeply, to need a different kind of care, and to have spent years looking for someone who actually gets it.
I'm interested in the patterns beneath the symptoms. In the intelligence your body has been trying to communicate all along. And in helping you find your way back to yourself.
The Perimenopausal transition pathway

Perimenopause blindsided me. And I'm a Doctor of TCM who had spent years helping other women through it. Following a hysterectomy I kept my ovaries — and I could feel something shifting. But every time I had my hormones tested I was told everything was normal. And then about a year later my ovaries simply stopped. My hormones fell off a cliff overnight and I went into primary ovarian insufficiency. What most women move through gradually over years, I experienced all at once.
My body knew before the tests did. I could feel it — the depletion, the fog, the sense that something had shifted at a level I couldn't quite name. But the bloods kept coming back normal. It took time for the testing to catch up with what my body was already living.
Nothing in my training fully prepared me for what it felt like from the inside. The physical stuff was one thing. But the brain fog, the emotions, the identity shifts, trying to navigate a medical system that kept sending me in circles — that was the hardest part. I had to fight for answers. I had to look through every lens I had — Western medicine, Chinese medicine, the ancient wisdom of the body’s own intelligence, my clinical training, and most importantly my own lived experience — and piece it together myself.
Eventually I found my way through. And everything I learned in that process — clinically, personally, and practically — is what I bring to this work now.
What I can offer you now is what I needed then — someone who actually understands this from the inside out, who knows how to look at it through every lens, and who will help you trust what your own body is already telling you.
If you're in the middle of this transition and you're not sure where to turn or who to trust with all of it — the Perimenopausal Transition Pathway was built with you in mind.
Sacred Seasons
Living in harmony with nature, through the wisdom of Chinese Medicine
Sacred Seasons is an evolving mentorship that explores health, healing and self-understanding through our relationship with the natural world. It is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine, including the Five Elements and seasonal principles, and supported by a broader exploration of the cycles that shape both body and life.
This work is not only about information or practices, but about relationship — how we relate to our bodies, the seasons, and the changing patterns within ourselves over time. Through seasonal teachings, reflective practice, and embodied learning, Sacred Seasons invites you to reconnect with your own rhythms and the deeper intelligence that lives within the body.
A year-long seasonal mentorship is currently in development.
